Villa Overview

Villa Langostina is nestled on the picturesque True-Blue coastline with great ocean views. Langostina is a Spanish style villa consisting of over 3,500 square feet (325 sq m) of luxury indoor/outdoor living. 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, manicured gardens, and private swimming pool.

Langostina represents the Caribbean’s finest, with concierge and twice weekly housekeeping service, in close proximity to the best beaches, restaurants, nightlife, and St. George’s University.

The space

The villa is central to all the main areas of interest in Grenada. Within 10 minutes drive you will reach the finest beaches Grenada can offer, including 2 miles (3 km) of white sands at Grand Anse beach. The villa is also 5 minute’s drive from St. Georges university and is ideal for visiting family. Everything you will need is convenient to the villa including two grocery stores, pharmacy, amazing restaurants, and shopping, plus the best snorkeling on the island.

To the front of the villa, you will find the refreshing pool and gazebo with table and chairs for outdoor dining and gas barbecue, situated within a tropical garden setting of Grenada’s flora. There is also a private outdoor shower for rinsing off after a swim.

As you enter the upper level, you are greeted with a large open plan living area with a large fully equipped kitchen, an entry seating area leading on to a spacious living room with a 42" flat screen TV with cable and sound system. The villa is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.

Two sets of French doors lead onto the sweeping deck with dining table which comfortably seats 8, along with plenty of comfy seating and loungers to admire the stunning views of the ocean off Grenada’s south coast. This is a perfect place to relax over a rum punch and watch the sunset.

On the upper level, you will also find two large ensuite bedrooms with four-poster beds, one overlooking the pool and lush gardens, and the other with breathtaking ocean views and a private deck.

The lower level of Villa Langostina consists of two additional spacious ensuite bedrooms with four-poster beds, and a laundry room.

Please note that Langostina is self-catering, however we would be delighted to assist with catering or organize a chef during your stay or for a special meal.

Guest access

The entire villa is available for guest use.

With its proximity to the airport and local beaches, True Blue peninsula offers the right combination of exclusivity, convenience, and the benefit of being 5 minutes from just about any place. Many parents of SGU students stay at Villa Langostina as it is only 5 minute’s drive from campus.
